If you like a dance party style workout and you're intrigued by fun dance styles such as jazz, hip hop, and club and the flirty moves of Burlesque, then you're going to LOVE the FlirtyGirl Fitness - BootyBeat method. Booty Beat has all of this wrapped up into one workout!
BootyBeat will lead you through 'dance' sections that will focus on arms and upper body, legs and booty, abs, and cardio. Not a dancer or quick on your feet...no problem, each section only has 4 moves (with up to 100 other moves to keep choreography fresh!)
With the BootyBeat method you'll learn each fun move, master the moves in sequence, then repeat the moves in sets. Suddenly you have a fun, effective workout that feels like you just stepped into a dance video.
